WOW!!! Did someone say a second pool??

Yes we did!!! Ground-breaking took place to expand the pool area at Holly Glen this week!! The expansion will include a second pool with a beach entry, toddler friendly "mommy & me" area with water dome feature and a deeper area for older swimmers with a slide!!

Back Nine Party and Canned Food Drive

Our Back Nine Fall Party was a huge success!! It was so nice to see so many of our homeowners and our new Holly Glen neighbors enjoying great food, facepainting, pony rides and a bounce house!! So Fun!!

Thank you to all who brought canned food for the food bank!! My son volunteers there every week and they were very exicted when we dropped off almost 100 cans of food for the needy.

We looked into Holly Glen back in 1999 and fell in love with the area, but just couldn’t make it happen at that time. 10 years later we wanted an established community with friendly wooded neighborhoods. The 55 by-pass to Holly Springs made it easily accessible and the town improvements, schools and growth were all things we were looking for. We love the fun family atmosphere of Holly Glen, form the walking of pets to children playing to just enjoying sitting on your front porch and waving to neighbors passing by.

If you are looking for a place to call home Holly Glen is that place and the Garman Homes G-Team can make it happen. From the first visit with Kathy and Alaina we knew we were in good hands. We knew what we wanted, but other builders just couldn’t get it. They did! We had very specific needs and the G-Team went to work immediately and delivered them. They introduced us to “new” floor plan that was never constructed prior to meeting us. It was like; it was drawn up just for us. They listened and then they delivered! We got everything we needed and wanted too! Our special order list was huge, but they executed it without fail.

Advice to future homeowners. Anyone can build you a house, but if you want a beautiful home with an unbelievable positive experience Call Jim Garman – don’t waste your time.
